4th Grade
Fourth grade students are exposed to elements of art and princples of design. They will explore appropriate media, techniques and process of creating artwork. They will be exposed to how to interpret and evaluate their works and others' work of art. They will be able to make connection among visual art and other subjects and daily life.
Color Theory
Students explored colors in various level. They studied primary colors and how to get more colors from the primary colors
Students created their drawings and use their understanding of colors to paint their drawings.
Sculpture
Students explored how to create form in sculpture and experimented on common materials to use to create sculpture. They also explored how to create characters in sculpture by looking at some cartoon characters. The class chose to create Minions.
Students explored Minions characters from different reseach conducted by the students and used their knowledge to create their Minion characters.
Grade 4b
